Start the weekend off right with stunning riverfront views and a refreshing Pilates workout in HRPK. Brought to you by Chelsea Piers Fitness, this Healthy on the Hudson class aims to improve flexibility, core strength, body awareness and muscle tone with low-impact exercises. Join us every Saturday at 9:30 AM along the sparkling Hudson River waterfront.
This program is adaptable to all experience levels to help keep you Healthy on the Hudson.
