With Healthy on the Hudson's free Tai Chi classes, melt your weekday stress away by immersing yourself in nature and peace on HRPK's Pier 84, every Friday at 6:30 p.m. Masterfully led by Calum Douglas-Reid of Laughing Dragon Tai Chi Chuan, this mind-body meditation will help you find inner peace while improving flexibility, endurance and full-body coordination.

This free fitness program is adaptable to all experience levels to help keep you Healthy on the Hudson.
