Healthy on the Hudson x lululemon: High-Intensity Interval Training

Bringing fresh and stimulating workouts to the park, Healthy on the Hudson's HIIT class is here to keep you active in a fun and refreshing way, all summer long. Designed to burn calories, build muscle and reduce blood pressure, these free, dynamic exercises are taught by lululemon ambassadors on HRPK's gorgeous Pier 26 every Monday at 6:30 p.m.

This program is adaptable to all experience levels to help keep you Healthy on the Hudson.
