Randall’s Island Literary Club – Vesper Flights Discussion Series

Join the Randall’s Island Literary Club as we read Helen Macdonald’s Vesper Flights (Grove Press, New York, 2020). In addition to a group discussion, the event will also feature speaking guests who will explore how Macdonald’s reflections on nature connect with the birds and wildlife found on Randall’s Island. The discussions will be facilitated by Elizabeth Howard, Writer in Residence.

This is a free event, but registration is required.

Note: The online group will meet for 4 sessions from 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. (EST): January 14th, January 28th, February 11th, and February 25th. If you decide to register please note that we are asking for you to commit to all 4 sessions.
