Have your kids ages 5-8 get creative with author and naturalist, Leslie Day and artist and teacher, Jessica Maffia!

Study the birds that live in Fort Tryon Park. Learn their names, shapes, and colors, and why sometimes the male and female look different and sometimes they look the same! Find out what they eat and how they are able to stay here all winter. Find out why the birds are important to us and our park. Kids will have a drawing lesson and make a bird mobile!
