Using one of the simplest ways to start growing food, we use the ancestral practice and tradition of deep water culture and hydroponics. Together we will explore the savings, environmental sustainability, health benefits, and pathway to heritage-based healing/eating that growing our own herbs provides. We'll use tools such as mason jars, quart jars, and repurposed Tupperware and composted tree bark.
