Bodyroll is a 90s-inspired dance aerobics class via Zoom designed to tone, strengthen, and train your body with slammin’ moves and bangin’ grooves!
Conceived and motivated by Viva Soudan, this expansive project lies on the backbone of radical sweat stardom, that we mobilize unity and uplift one another in the quest for aliveness and self-expression.
The Haus of Sweat is an inclusive dance workout community celebrating the art of aerobics. Spirited by retro fitness glam and powered by joy, Haus of Sweat is thrilled to be offering their signature class Bodyroll for the Summer on the Hudson Festival this year. Bodyroll is a dance aerobics practice motivating the masses to Move As One. From the past to the present, we dance through eras of diva dancefloor domination to feel the fantasy. Part performance, part therapy, part dance party, Bodyroll is an energizing practice that will shed emotional weight and tone your body into feeling embodied and empowered.
