Take your conditioning to the next level, while improving overall strength.
This class will begin with a 5-minute walk on the track to get the body moving and the blood flowing, followed by the main set of exercises which will include squats, jumping jacks, dumbbell workouts, planks, and more. The class will conclude with a cool-down stretch.
Strength and conditioning is the perfect class for anyone looking for a great workout.
