Increase overall muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance in this 45-minute, truly high-intensity interval training class with Ashley McKelvey. Optimize workout time using bodyweight movements to build power and stamina.
All fitness levels are welcome.
Class times are subject to change with sunrise times.
Please bring a mat and a water bottle. Wear sturdy, comfortable, exercise-appropriate shoes
About the Instructor
Ashley is an ACE certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor with more than 5 years experience training both large group classes and one-on-one clients. She has a passion for empowering every person to live their healthiest self. Drawing from her tool-box of "feel-good" exercises, she creates fresh workouts that are effective, safe, and fun
