We invite the community to gather with us for “A People’s Observance For A Just Future” in conjunction with the 400 Years of Inequality initiative, aiming to nationally acknowledge and reflect upon the 400 years since Africans were first brought to Jamestown to be sold into bondage.

“The observance of this anniversary is a time when we denounce again the inequalities of the past and announce again our vision for a world of full equality for all.”
