Practice yoga and meditation in the beautiful New York Chinese Scholar's Garden, led by professional instructors at Be Yoga & Dance in Rosebank, Staten Island.
Take part in a Gentle Flow class, accessible to all levels, with meditation and deep rest. Connect with your body, your breath, and your spirit. You will center and ground your body through breath work and fascia release exercises, followed by a steady flow of postures to build strength, balance, and flexibility. This is a great class if you a recovering from an injury or illness, are brand new to movement with minimal flexibility, mothers-to-be, and mothers returning after at least 6 weeks from giving birth.
