Join us as we welcome the Ed CherryTrio to J.Hood Wright Park for an outdoor concert.

Since his 14-year run with Dizzy Gillespie, guitarist Ed Cherry has cemented a spot as one of the great small-group bandleaders in jazz, especially in the organ trio format. With half a dozen albums under his name, he is in high demand, especially since his two recent releases with Posi-Tone. This show features Kyle Koehler on organ and Anwar Marshall on drums.

Please let us know you're coming. RSVP at jhoodw14.eventbrite.com.

Presented by the Jazz Foundation of America, with partial support from the National Endowment for the Arts, New York State Council on the Arts with the support of Governor Andrew M. Cuomo and the New York State Legislature, and from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs, in partnership with the City Council.
