Arts, Culture & Fun: Make Your Mark: Fabric Collage Workshop series

This event repeats every week on Saturday between 3/9/2019 and 3/23/2019.

Join us as we partner with the Art Students League for a series of art workshops where you will make a collage from a wide variety of fabrics. You will explore abstract and representational styles, and learn about artists that use fabric as a medium.

All supplies will be provided but bringing your own fabrics is encouraged. No experience necessary.

The workshops are for ages 18 years and up.

About the Artist: Jon Bunge has created art in many media including collage, painting, drawing, sculpture, and installation. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, he has lived in New York City for almost 30 years. He earned a Master of Fine Arts from the City College of New York (CUNY) and also holds a Master of Divinity from Union Theological Seminary in Manhattan.
