Senior Fitness Day

Start your day with an early morning stretch. Then slowly workout each body part with low impact step aerobics. End you day with a circuit challenge and cool down with soothing stretch and meditation.
Appropriate for all fitness levels. Modifications provided upon request. Seniors will learn how low-impact exercises, strength training, and aerobics all benefit their health.
