11:00 a.m.4:00 p.m.

This event repeats every day between 12/1/2018 and 1/6/2019.

From December 1, 2018 through January 6, 2019, Van Cortlandt House will be decorated, inside and out, for the winter holidays. See how prominent Colonial New Yorkers like the Van Cortlandt's would have celebrated Saint Nicholas Day to honor their Dutch heritage, as well as more English holidays such as Christmas, New Year's, and Twelfth Night.

This special exhibit is experienced with our self-guided tour and is included with your regular admission fee during our regular museum hours.

Please note: that Van Cortlandt House Museum is NOT OPEN on Mondays.

There will also be a celebration of Saint Nicholas Day on Saturday, December 8 with activities for children and families.
