Edenwald Green Neighborhood - Forest Restoration

Join NYC Parks Stewardship's monthly Green Neighborhood event in Edenwald, Bronx! Volunteers will learn how to identify and safely remove invasive plants in order to help protect forested areas in Alley Pond Park and create a healthier ecosystem.

Volunteers should dress in clothes that can get dirty and closed toe shoes. They are also encouraged to bring their own water bottles. Volunteers younger than 18 years old must be accompanied by a chaperone.

Please note: Space is limited and registration is required.
