This Thanksgiving show gratitude to the Earth (and your wallet) by joining our special guest from All.Things.Cooked to hear kitchen tips for a zero waste Thanksgiving, from carrot top to turkey bone. We’ll demo delicious and eco-friendly recipes and share our favorite ways to waste-proof your holiday.

All.Things.Cooked is a cooking experiment that upcycles kitchen surplus to appreciate food, nose to tail, root to stem.
