CANCELLED: Tree Giveaway & Book Talk: Around the World in 80 Trees

Sunday, September 30, 2018

12:00 p.m.2:00 p.m.

Please note: this event has been cancelled.

Join NYRP at the Target Community Garden Brooklyn for a talk with Jonathan Drori about his latest book Around the World in 80 Trees.

Jon Drori will discuss the trees that have gained cultural and historical significance in countries around the world, as well as the plethora of fun, sometimes bizarre, scientific facts about them. Travel the globe tree by tree, while enjoying one of New York City's own pockets of urban canopy.

Stay afterwards for a Q&A with the author, a book signing, and the chance to adopt your very own free tree! Register for your free tree!

This event is free and open to the public!

Books will be available for purchase by Greenlight Book Store.
