Get your heartbeat up through cardio and strength exercises. Utilizing a variety of equipment, including steps, hand weights, bars, and weight balls, you will be sure to feel ready for the weekend. This class is for age 16 and up. Come appropriately dressed in athletic wear and sneakers. Exercises can be modified for different levels.
