In this Macrame Workshop, students should walk away with working knowledge of how to design a basic macrame plant hanger. We'll be focusing on four to seven basic decorative knot structures that students can use to build a variety of macrame structures.
The materials for the class include a variety of soft ropes, such as paracord, and cotton clothes-line. We'll also have scissors, c-clamps, and, most importantly, our crafting hands and open minds. Students are encouraged to bring materials that they would like to learn on, while the garden will be providing minimal materials (for the first 5 participants).
