YogaNoir is a yoga and mindfulness event (at no cost to you) hosted by the NYC Department of Health & Mental Hygiene's Center for Health Equity and ThriveNYC’s Sisters and Brothers Thrive. Sisters and Brothers Thrive. YogaNoir is an opportunity to come together, be together, and breathe together. Yoga has been shown to be effective in increasing happiness, wellness, and health.

All participants must have a ticket.
Please register for this event in advance. There are two sessions available with registration starting 30 minutes prior to the session. Please arrive on time.

What you can look forward to:

  • A yoga mat and water bottle for participants at no cost (while supplies last)
  • A team of yoga instructors will help you channel your energy and breathe consciously
  • Learn more about how you can participate in Sisters and Brothers Thrive events
  • Sign-up information for Mental Health First Aid trainings

Remember to be dressed to enjoy a yoga session!
