Grilling usually applies direct, radiant heat from above or below and is used for cooking meat and vegetables healthy and quickly while adding charred smoky flavor. Join Caribbean French Chef Nicola Campbell as she demonstrates how to create these fun grilled delights. Menu includes: spicy mango chicken satays, sausage and peppers, grilled corn on the cob with cheese, fire crackers skewers, asparagus and for dessert – banana s’mores.
