In collaboration with Prospect Park Alliance, Brooklyn Arts Council’s Folk Arts program presents the inaugural Brooklyn Roots Festival in the Children’s Corner of Prospect Park including special family programming at the Lefferts Historic House. This day-long festival celebrates Brooklyn’s diverse traditional art forms through a lively, family-friendly afternoon of performances, workshops, interactive kids’ activities, and more. Come on out for a day in the park to learn, play, and express yourself in Brooklyn’s backyard!
