Parks Without Borders is NYC Parks' vision for parks and public spaces that are welcoming, accessible, and beautiful. NYC Parks has released conceptual designs for eight showcase projects across the city, including Seward Park and Van Cortlandt Park, and incorporated the design approach into ongoing projects, such as Van Alst Playground, a Community Parks Initiative site. Please join us for an update on the program and to hear from community stakeholders and others about how Parks Without Borders is transforming neighborhood spaces in New York City and beyond.

Speakers include Carol Anastasio, Director, Seward Park, Nette Compton, Deputy Director, Parks for People, The Trust for Public Land, Joseph Doolan, Head of Environmental Affairs, TD Bank, Nilka Martell, Co-Chair, Bronx Coalition of Parks and Green Spaces and Mitchell J. Silver, FAICP, Commissioner, NYC Parks.
