This week's book is Stories and Poems by Rudyard Kipling.

Simon Winchester, author of The Perfectionists: How Precision Engineers Created the Modern World, will lead a wide ranging discussion on Rudyard Kipling and his relevance (or otherwise) today, with a concentration on the following two stories: “The Man Who Would Be King” (pp 57-87) and “Baa Baa, Black Sheep” (pp 90-113); and one poem, “We and They” (p 502).

Produced in partnership with Oxford University Press.
