This event repeats every week on Saturday between 6/2/2018 and 6/30/2018.
This four-week series will consist of high-energy and calorie-burning dance fitness routines fused with bodyweight exercises and light weight training to increase, push, and challenge your fitness level.
Please bring a mat or towel and dumbells (3-5 lbs.).
