Queens has a lot to offer as one of the most multicultural cities in the world, especially when it comes to food! Edible Queens, is a magazine that showcases unique local food, restaurants, bars and even recipes in Queens.

Claudia Sanchesz, editor and publisher of Edible Queens, will be our guest at the Queens Historical Society to talk about her magazine and experiences related to the diverse cuisines in Queens. 

Sanchez’s contributions to Edible Queens includes several articles such as: “Street to Kitchen: From Cartagena to Cafe Boulud,” “A Taste of Hanoi,” and “Ten Countries in One Hour,” just to name a few. So for all the Queens foodies out there, don’t miss this exciting event featuring Claudia Sanchez!
