Hiking is the ultimate way to enjoy the outdoors and a fun way to reduce stress. Regardless of the intensity level, it is a great way to burn calories and stay fit. On our hikes, you can gain orienteering skills, explore our city's rich history, or just take an hour to unplug from the world
On Nature Exploration Hikes, we will discover the plants and animals that inhabit the urban forest. Our light hikes are leisurely strolls on mostly paved paths.
