Local birds face many challenges during the chilly months, and benefit from thoughtfully planned, bird-friendly plantings. Naturalist Gabriel Willow and Senior Horticultural Interpreter Charles Day lead a brisk walk to see birds and bird habitats in the garden. Along the way, hear about fascinating adaptations that help birds survive the cold.

Free with admission to the grounds.
