Please note: This event has already taken place. Please use the Search options on the right to find upcoming events.

This is the first of four FREE outdoor summer movies, all set in our wonderful city. Come with your blanket and snacks to sit on the North Lawn in West Stuyvesant. There are many benches that allow for comfortable viewing and wheel chair access.

Our first summer movie is The Secret Life of Pets, about a spoiled terrier who enjoys a comfortable life in a New York building until his owner adopts Duke, a giant and unruly canine. During their walk outside, they encounter a group of ferocious alley cats and wind up in a truck that's bound for the pound. Luckily, a rebellious bunny named Snowball swoops in to save the doggy duo from captivity. In exchange, Snowball demands that Max and Duke join his gang of abandoned pets on a mission against the humans who've done them wrong.

The movie will be screened twice: at 6:00 PM and at 8:30 PM. The date will change to August 3 in case of rain or inclement weather.
