Seed balls are small clumps of compost, clay, and seeds which can be effortlessly tossed into any garden bed, tree pit, or other area that needs to be planted with. It's a great way to beautify community garden beds or other spaces without a lot of digging, bending, or heavy lifting. The workshop will entail working on our compost bins to create finished compost for rich growing medium in which to germinate seeds, mix with clay to bind it together, then add native wildflower seeds.
