Bitter melon, callaloo, Malabar spinach, and dasheen are familiar to many Brooklyn gardeners, yet a mystery to some. Learn hands-on how to source, grow, and use a variety of amazing Caribbean veggies to add a taste of the Islands to your garden.

Facilitated by Marlene Wilks, GreenThumb Community Gardener at New Vision Garden, and Brooklyn Botanic Garden.
