#BBQearned after you participate in one or all four workout classes on Pier I. Start Memorial Day with a morning workout before heading to your barbecue.
We're celebrating adding these classes to the Summer on the Hudson programming lineup and the veterans who lead them.
10:00 a.m. – High Intensity Interval Trining
11:00 a.m. – Yoga Flow (bring your own mat)
Noon – Butt & Gut (bring your own mat)
1:00 p.m. - Yoga Flow (bring your own mat)
