Reduce stress, increase your energy and bring strength and flexibility to mind, body and spirit with a yoga practice that makes use of props, including blocks and straps. Classes are led in partnership with Yoga for Bliss. All levels welcome; participants should bring their own mats. Please arrive on time: late-comers will not be admitted once the class begins. Sessions take place outdoors, weather permitting, with an indoor location in case of rain or humidity.
