Trees of the Greenbelt: High Rock Edition

Meet some of Staten Island's tallest residents on a guided walk with Erik Danielson of American Forests.

Participants will learn to identify the great oaks, tulip trees, and elms, among others. Learn how champion trees are accuratel measured, and visit the tallest measured sweetgum in New York, right in the heart of the Greenbelt.

This program will run approximately 1+ hours and is suitable for children ages 9 and older.
