For the first in a series of three workshops, join us at the NYC Parks 5 Borough Green Roof, arguably the most diverse greenroof in NYC! Come see this amazing space, and learn about compost methods including using compost tumblers, worm bins, and the unique bokashi method! See which one might work for you at home or in a green space you're involved in!

Composting mitigates organic waste and creates a healthy soil amendment for use on street trees and in gardens. Various locations on Randall's Island showcase many of the ingenious methods farms and gardens use to re-use organic waste!

Please note: To attend, RSVP here at Eventbrite.com. Attendees must RSVP for each workshop on Eventbrite.com
