Ever wonder what happens to all of your food scraps after the Department of Sanitation empties out those little brown bins? Have you wanted to start composting but have no idea how to start? If so, then join Audubon New York and the NYC Compost Project at McGolrick Park in Greenpoint for a Composting 101 workshop! Participants will learn how to reduce waste and help conserve Brooklyn’s birds and other wildlife at the same time.

This workshop is open to adults and families.
