Walk/hike with artist, yogi, and nature-lover Sara Hart of iHart Lens on a monthly meditative journey through the woodland areas and garden. Learn to use art, yoga, breathing techniques and writing activities to awaken the senses and open yourself to a deeper consciousness. These events are physical, as well as mindful.
