Each winter, Wave Hill opens Glyndor Gallery as workspace for New York-area artists, giving them the unique opportunity to explore the winter landscape as a source of inspiration. Artists share aspects of their practice and engagement with Wave Hill through hands-on workshops. Workshops begin in Glyndor Gallery with an introduction to the artist’s work, then continue in the Ecology Building or Wave Hill House for the creative activity.
During the Winter Workspace, Ira Eduardovna plans to shoot a firm on Wave Hill’s grounds in response to landscape and interior and exterior architecture. Today, access your most creative self through guided meditation and writing exercises. Visitors aged 12 and over are welcome when accompanied by an adult. Newcomers and practicing artists alike are welcome.
