Calling all ghosts, ghouls, and goblins! Get into the Halloween spirit early this year with the office of New York City Council Member Vincent Gentile and the Waterfront Alliance for this free event.

Come wearing your scariest, spookiest, silliest Halloween costumes, and strut your stuff in our costume parade. We will be joined by some very special judges who will be awarding prizes for the best and most outrageous costumes. The costume parade and contest begins at 2:00 p.m.

Activities include pumpkin decorating, ghost ship storytelling, hands-on maritime skills offered by our Urban Park Rangers (knot tying), live music and the costume parade and contest.

This event will be held rain or shine.
