It's an old-fashioned, patriotic celebration of the classic American holiday. Get your hand-churned ice cream and a pie-full of traditional fun!

Enjoy a pie-baking demonstration and help to chip ice and churn old time ice cream; don't forget to grab some samples! Children can make a pinwheel and march in the Pinwheel Parade, and meet patriotic villagers from the 1800s and earlier. Make sure to see the displays of the Staten Island Model Railroaders, and listen to our dramatic reading of the Declaration of Independence.
