Natural History Hike to Moses Mountain

Join the Greenbelt Educators and a National Park Service ranger on a peaceful hike to the top of Moses Mountain to see a spectacular view of the Greenbelt and beyond.  Birds and animal tracks may be encountered along the this tranquil trek.  Additionally, we will discuss the connection of Robert Moses, a New York City Parks Commissioner, had to Gateway National Recreation Area and to NYC Parks. Suitable for ages 8 and up with adult chaperone.
