Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be practiced while sitting or standing using a chair for support. A low impact class, it focuses on strengthening the body's inner core through slow movements, concentrating and breathing.
This program is for adults and seniors. Recreation Center membership is required.
Recreation Center membership is required. Young adults 18-24:$25/year. Adults 25-61: $75/six months or $150/year. Seniors 62+: $25/year.
