Staten Island Borough President James Oddo and Council Members Ignizio, Matteo and Rose are pleased to present a summer concert series in Staten Island's neighborhood parks.
Tonight's perfomances feature The Brooklyn Horns and Jazz Out 4tet.
Parks will be open at 6 p.m. Concerts start at 6:30 p.m.
