Hiking is the ultimate way to enjoy the outdoors and reduce stress. You can explore our city's rich history on our hikes. Hiking programs feature intensity levels raning from light, to moderate (longer, faster paced hikes on rugged terrain), to vigorous.
This is a moderate level hike. For all hiking programs we recommend wearing comfortable shoes or boots, and packing water and a light snack.
