Free Hands-Only CPR Training

11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
The American Heart Association presents the Hands-Only CPR Mobile Tour! 80 percent of sudden cardiac arrests happen in private or residential settings, so take 30 minutes of your time to learn the life-saving skills of CPR. A special American Heart Association and Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield Hands-Only CPR mobile unit will be on site, and there will be live disco music, dancing, an emcee, and AHA brand ambassadors decked out in disco gear.
Why the disco theme? Hands-Only CPR is performed at 100 beats per minute, or to the beat of the Bee Gee’s classic song, “Stayin’ Alive.” You’ll receive your own disco-themed CPR Anytime kit to use during the training and take home with you.
Trainings are at 11:00 a.m., 11:45 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 1:15 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 4:15 p.m., 5:00 p.m., 5:45 p.m., and 6:30 p.m. RSVP at www.surveymonkey.com/s/TonyDapolitoCPRTraining.
