Knitting & Crocheting for Beginners

This event repeats every week on Wednesday and Saturday between 1/4/2014 and 1/25/2014.

Beginners will learn the basics of knitting or crocheting, including the names of stitches and abbreviations. Learn to read patterns and how to choose the right needles and yarn.
Participants will make sample swatches and then progress to making a scarf or pot holder to take home. (Ages 10-Adult)
Bring your own supplies.
Knitting: worsted yarn and #8 needles.
Crocheting: worsted yarn and H crochet hook.
