Living in Sequence is a comic book exhibition celebrating Poe Park's place in comic history. Bob Kane, Bill Finger and Jerry Robinson once created Batman, Robin and the Joker while sitting on a park bench in Poe Park. Living in Sequence will take you on a journey from the golden age of comics through today, demonstrating how the American art form of comics still thrives in the Bronx.
Artists works on display: Shawn Atkinson, Chris Duckett, Trevor Von Eeden, Will Eisner, Ray Felix, Corey F. Godwell, Dmitry Gubin, Hal Foster, N. Steve Harris, Irwin Hasen, Jack Kirby, Carl Kent, Alitha E Martinez, Regine Sawyer, Jerry Robinson, Vanessa Verduga and Roberto Williams.
Due to popular demand, Living In Sequence has been extended to March 30, 2013.
Closing reception is Saturday, March 30, 2013, from 1pm-5pm
