This student workshop introduces kids to “Bronx Heroes Jr.”, an activity book in the making in collaboration with Community Board 7. This workshop will include games, a live reading of Bronx Heroes Jr., a PSA to students and a coloring pages activity.

This event is a part of Living in Sequence, a comic book exhibition celebrating Poe Park's place in comic history. Bob Kane, Bill Finger and Jerry Robinson once created Batman, Robin and the Joker while sitting on a park bench in Poe Park. Living in Sequence will take you on a journey from the golden age of comics through today, demonstrating how the American art form of comics still thrives in the Bronx.
