Get out to a park and walk the City! Walk NYC is a FREE program that encourages New Yorkers of all ages to get fit while enjoying the outdoors.

NYC Parks provides a trained fitness instructor to lead the group in a warm up, an exciting walk, and a cool down. Experience NYC in a new way!

All are welcome, including dogs on leashes and strollers.
